We love waffles in our house, however, we don’t love the mess they make in our house! This fact alone keeps us from using our waffle iron on a regular basis. However things are about to change for our practically new, 5-year-old waffle iron after discovering my newest Pinterest obsession…
It’s My latest Pinterest Flop or Find y’all, and let me warn you, this is a yummy one! I found my inspiration on a life hacks page which credited The Lady Behind The Curtain with the pin. We can all thank her for the brilliance behind this recipe…I’m just testing and passing it on to you 🙂
These babies are so yummy, so simple and zero mess! That’s right, you read that correct, ZERO mess! There is no batter to mix, there is no overfilling and overflowing in the waffle iron, and you don’t even need a plate to eat them! These waffles come up so thick and sturdy you can just eat them like a regular cinnamon roll! Oh and the waffle iron marks hold the icing perfectly so there is no sticky icing drippage either! Prepare yourself for the delicious simplicity of your new favorite one ingredient breakfast…

Seriously, the hardest part of these Pillsbury Cinnamon Roll Waffles is trying to figure out how to open the Pillsbury Cinnamon Roll Tube…or am I the only one that seriously struggles with that?! Haha!
We’ve made these with the smaller 8 pack of Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls, and we also made them with the bigger 5 pack of Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls. Both were delicious being cooked just enough to be crispy on the outside, yet still soft and gooey on the inside!
This recipe is a real Pinterest FIND y’all! Try them out for yourself, and be sure to let me know what you think!
